The Internship Website Designer is responsible for managing all aspects of modern website administration. This role significantly influences how patients perceive and interact with the organization online, enhancing their digital healthcare experience.

In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day management of website design and content, ensuring a seamless digital experience for patients. You will work in a collaborative environment with marketing and creative teams to develop innovative web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain websites with Webflow across group clinics.
• Develop patient-friendly, mobile-first, and trend-savvy designs that feel modern and inspiring.
• Manage website content updates including services, blogs, promotions, and events to keep information fresh and relevant.
• Integrate booking flows, CRM tools, WhatsApp API, and chatbots to facilitate seamless digital patient journeys.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve online discoverability and competitiveness of clinics.
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Hotjar to monitor performance and enhance user experience.
• Ensure websites are fast, secure, and optimized for multiple devices.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign microsites, landing pages, and funnels.
• Stay informed on digital design trends including animations, interactions, and AI-driven tools, adapting them for healthcare use.
