The Valuation Advisor is responsible for achieving monthly targets for each branch and supporting sales advisors in conducting thorough vehicle assessments. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining competitive pricing in the automotive market.
Job Description
As a Valuation Advisor, you will engage in daily interactions with customers and sales advisors, ensuring timely vehicle assessments and appointments. You will also participate in weekly meetings to discuss market price movements and update pricing guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly targets for each branch.
- Support sales advisors in conducting thorough vehicle assessments.
- Ensure timely appointments with customers.
- Review vehicles received from customers.
- Gather necessary documentation for vehicle assessments.
- Share market price movements during weekly meetings.
- Update pricing guidelines based on market trends.
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma in Engineering / Automotive.
Minimum of 2 years experience in used vehicle valuation or related fields such as vehicle body repair is an advantage.
Experience in vehicle inspection and valuation is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work outside the area and possess own transportation.
Proficient in both written and spoken Malay and English.
