Job Description

The Visual Analytics - Senior Specialist role is part of the Data Analytics Services team within the Automation CoE at Sanofi Business Operations. The position involves building and maintaining Power BI dashboards in the finance domain and supporting various analytics functions such as People Analytics, performance evaluation, and process improvement projects. The role requires engagement with cross-functional partners, mentoring junior teams, and driving quality and innovation in data analytics deliverables using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Agile methodologies.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Power BI Reporting, SQL, and data visualization techniques including designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards.

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and drive process improvement initiatives across an organization.

Proven Master Power BI developer skills including Power Query, DAX, and Visualization.

Proven knowledge of applicable project methodologies such as PM Methodology and Agile/Scrum.
