Diploma or higher qualification in Business Studies, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or a related field from a recognised institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing warehouse or finished goods operations in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or people-management role.
Strong working knowledge of inventory management, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in systems such as KPCS, SAP or similar ERP software.
Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, or process improvement projects) is an advantage.
