Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with your team and other departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and improve logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize inventory levels.
- Utilize technology to track inventory and manage logistics.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent with 1 year of related experience.
SPM holder with a minimum of 5 years of related experience will also be considered.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
