Job Description

The Accounts Executive will manage accounts payable, receivable, and the general ledger. Responsibilities include preparing full sets of accounts, creating periodic financial reports, performing monthly bank reconciliations, processing staff claims, and assisting with year-end audits. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers.

Minimum 3 years of related working experience in finance or accountancy.

Experience with SQL Accounting system and e-invoice implementation is essential.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Ability to work independently with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
