Job Description
Ming Heng Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warranty Assistant to join our expanding Automotive Aftersales Team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a keen interest in cars, warranty claims, and workshop operations. This role involves assisting in the processing of vehicle warranty claims, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining accurate warranty records.
Job Requirements
Minimum SKM / Diploma in Automotive, Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience in automotive warranty, aftersales, service advisor, workshop or automotive administration is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cars, vehicle parts and repairs is preferred.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Able to use Microsoft Office.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an advantage.
Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
