Role Summary
The Web Designer is responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining website content that meets client specifications. This role involves collaborating with developers and ensuring the ongoing relevance of website content in a dynamic work environment.
Job Description
As a Web Designer, you will engage in day-to-day tasks that include architecting user interfaces and experiences while working closely with developers on design requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining website content to keep it fresh and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create website content that aligns with client specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to implement design requests effectively.
- Maintain and update website content regularly to ensure relevance.
- Architect user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Integrate technical and visual solutions into web design.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in web design and development.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Creative Multimedia, Computer Science or related field.
2 – 5 years working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress and CMS.
Understanding of HTML, JavaScript and other web designing languages.
Knowledge in Laravel & AngularJS is an added advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills.
