Good professional work culture. A chance to work on latest state of the art models.
Good remuneration is a big challenge here. Large service companies usually hires you on very low base pay if you don't present them a counter offer.
Only 1 day in office
Got put on a PIP after only 5 months of work…
It is a good place to work, offering opportunities to be involved in different projects. The presence of multiple short-term projects provides diverse exposure and learning opportunities. However, whenever we transition to a new project, we often need to start from scratch.
I have worked on four different projects over the past five years. While this gave me diverse exposure, frequent transitions became challenging because I had to re-establish myself each time. Just as I gained strong ownership and stability in a project, it would either conclude or be impacted by cost optimization decisions.
it's better than a call center
very low level low qualified job - just to get a salary in, no real skill is requered except speaking a specific language
It's good company to start as a fresher WFO policy - 1/2 day office rest WFH
No growth No hikes. Sometimes terrible management depending on project
Work life balance Atmosphere is good
Promotion cycle Increments not provided well
Company culture is great. You can simply email your leads/supervisor for Vacation Leave which is often times approved. FIXED WEEKENDS OFF
The workload is really heavy.
Convenient working hours, supportive learning environment.
Have to get projects and avoid getting benched
