No hikes. No promotion. No proper growth. They pay very less variable pay than offered.

Good remuneration is a big challenge here. Large service companies usually hires you on very low base pay if you don't present them a counter offer.

Got put on a PIP after only 5 months of work…

I have worked on four different projects over the past five years. While this gave me diverse exposure, frequent transitions became challenging because I had to re-establish myself each time. Just as I gained strong ownership and stability in a project, it would either conclude or be impacted by cost optimization decisions.
