Slowly moving out of original Accenture consulting culture used to be few years ago and becoming more service based.

They dont promote as often as some other companies

The stocks are down and the culture more so, I heard the salary bands used to be higher and there's been minimal promotion in the last 2 years. People have been taking leave of absences then leaving subsequently

Low salary without hikes which is enough to put you in short term depression
