High working pressure, customer called for complaination everyday.

Non sustainable for those lacking initiative and drive

Self employed, lower commission rate, many meetings

Location may be limited to other food outlets

Limited promotion opportunities due to bell curve. Its pretty difficult to get promoted.

So many meetings to attend

Pressure working environment/salary is not the high at the beginning

• Commission-based income can be unstable, especially early on • High self-motivation and discipline required to succeed • Pressure to meet targets during peak seasons • Work-life balance may be tough at times due to client demands • Admin processes can be improved for efficiency
