Nothing bad. I love the company

Hard to get new business based on one's own network

Long hours though can be fun with the amazing colleagues

Change of structure is a daily issue, fire fighting everyday, people are jaded

Very poor work life balance

Commission-based structure means income can be unstable at the start.

Salary increment needs to be more reflective of contribution

Company abit stupid not the smartest admin

Micromanage to the next level, u get hired for a role and suddenly the role , job, and even your timing changes. Incompetent managers checking and pushing you at all times , allowance not good enough to work in shifts, messy structure and no proper decisions
