Use stupid procedure for recruiting. Since the offering will based on reference & employment checking then why don't proceed this step first before decide to do offering. Should not offered candidate with not finalised offered to hold the candidates. Then when the reference check result is not satisfied by company just withdraw the offered. This stupid practice take more than 2 weeks and that time candidate might have other offers

Vietnam BU has terrible execution, terrible adaption. some of group idea is twisted beyond recognition, leading to worse and worse result. IT department is another level of bad execution and bad management. Managers abuse position. not sure if group is taking action, but massive change in leadership team during 2023, no official announcement was made. not only that, turbulence in market growth cause negativity to surface. before, anything can be overlooked with a good business year, but as crisis damage the whole market, poor leadership, poor mindset and hazardous practice start to show consequences. it is the epitome of the head think of one thing but legs and arms just not listen.
