1) There is a HRBP assigned for AIA WELLNESS from AIA Thailand, but receives no attention from them. A lack of dedicated HR / People Team sitting within AIA WELLNESS means staff have no one to go to for unbiased support, to build company culture and establish values. 3) Have to get in line to use female bathrooms on in office work days as only 2 stalls per floor. Only experienced this at concerts. 4) Not many food choices around the work location. 5) Old office building. 6) Limited career advancement 7) boss tries hard to be a cool place to work when there is no HR team.
