The thing that stood out when I first joined was how everyone was very friendly and ever willing to help. Even across functions, people are always happy to collaborate and help to solve problems. Compared to a corporate setting, OSS (as the company is known internally) is pretty laid back and the culture is cool. Of course, the situation may differ from unit to unit, but overall, people are nice and the relaxed dress code suits me just fine. Ther are also ample makan places around the office and convenience stores are just a few steps away. WFH is one day per week which is also okay for me.
