Manager
Nothing Nothing Nothing Free coffee Nothing
Senior Management preaches about "Leave no one behind" but easily throws you under the bus when an issue happens and treats you in the most unfair way possible that you'd be forced to leave. Even HR isn't helpful - or probably the root of all this blatant misconduct against employees. Management knows HR won't care anyway and will support their decision.
