Good work-life balance, interesting projects and strategy. Good career progression opportunities.
A lot of very good people are leaving. Their compensation is not even close to keeping up with inflation whereas other companies offer a lot more money in the same sector. Some of the leadership team right at the top of the company rule by fear.
Good company to work in, nice environment, high work load.
Right now Air Products it's not seeking for growth, but it's looking instead for an EBIDTA and revenue growth. This, in the mid-term (5-7 years) will probably make it collapse in separate more-profitable parts. CEO will probably sell it, let's say a 25%, to the best bet and divide the rest in more profitable chunks. Also the life-work balance is bad: everybody travels too much.
Great team, good line management. Interesting developing product line solutions which kept the challenges fresh
Horrible office environment, no fresh air or daylight. Managers have all the offices around the edge and everyone else is in the middle.
great people who worked there long enough to train and mentor new comer
not much opportunity to advance
