Too many workloads. Have to take on few roles

Management issue not getting benefits

Very very low increment. Not enough source power.

non job advancement. highly political

The workload sometimes are insane.

I can not think of any down sides to working there.

No major issues working here

Not so much growth opportunity for longer serving staff.

the increment is low compared to other industries.

now with AI involvement, real humans are laid off. Now it's all about the cents and dollars.
