There are some nice people but limited. Can't think of any regarding the company.
Top heavy but executional level have very limited resources. 1 person doing 2 to 3 person's jobs. Some people are overloaded, work long hours, no relief even when on leave, while some are very free. Petty politics, blame game & finger-pointing, depending on department or the boss. No accountability. Many roadblocks and duplicate approval processes. Always cause delays in delivery. Messy and no chance for proper planning. Do what the boss says, no questioning the boss.
Senior executive
If you want to retire and have a chill life this is the bank for you. Not recommended for younger ones who are starting out in their career.
High workload, high expectations but cannot pay. Juniors are expected to work more than the seniors. However, new implementation of the performance culture seems to adopt on the bell curve method, so anyone that the boss doesn't like are straight subjected to the bell curve. What's worse is that even juniors can get zero increment and less than 1 month bonus.
