Career advancement is not much, salary increment may not be as good as others

Salary payout not stndrdize. Some just work with banking experience 6 years they hire as avp, some with 14 years experience hired as manager. But the workload is the same. Work Culture- totally diff from other bank

Many complacent people, not working efficiently and not hungry for success. Can be frustrating sometimes to push for something to be done. Leadership not strong.

Nothing much but increments could be better
