Very slow career progression but very typical con for a financial institution

Depending on departments, long hours at office is required.

No value for quality, works are overloaded beyond your job scope/function. Old-timers monopoly and unreasonable controls and blaming attitudes. Others mess, ends up on your hands to clear.

too much limitation and no flexibility

Base pay is low compared to peers

everything is fine, not stress at all

- low salary and increment - team had headcount for 5 person, but didnt hire anyone. only 2 people working - fresh grad joined and was left alone with no supervisor - no promotion - always say next year

Small bank and system not well structured/ organized.

Need to improve in terms of employee wage and employee retention
