No cons for the company
The company offers a positive and supportive working culture with friendly and approachable colleagues. The office environment is comfortable and cozy, which makes it a pleasant place to work. Employees are provided with good benefits, and the availability of a one-day work-from-home arrangement offers some flexibility. The pantry is also well stocked with snacks and food, which contributes to an enjoyable workplace atmosphere.
The office environment can occasionally become a bit lively, which may sometimes affect concentration during tasks that require deep focus. The work environment can be relatively fast-paced, and there may be opportunities to further improve communication and alignment across different departments to ensure smoother collaboration.
Salary and benefit as per normal
High workload, Stress, no work-life balance
Great team members and work environment
Non that I could think of as of now
The team is supportive and easy to work with. Always willing to assist, which creates a positive working experience. The company provides annual salary increments, which shows appreciation for employees’ contributions. There is also a pantry allowance, which is a nice added benefit. And having a coffee machine is definitely a plus! ++ The working environment is generally good, with a hybrid arrangement that allows employees to work from home one day per week.
Work can be fast-paced at times, depending on workload and deadlines. Some processes could be further streamlined to improve efficiency.
Good company, very friendly ppl
No cons so far.all ok
The management truly listens. If you’re not feeling okay, feeling overwhelmed, or need help, you can openly talk about it — and they genuinely work with you to improve things. They give you space to grow, and honestly, after 15 years of working, this is the first company where I don’t feel stressed about going to work. All colleagues from every department are kind, supportive, and always have each other’s backs. And the perks? They really pamper their staff! Monthly groceries allowance Monthly IKEA allowance (yes, monthly!) Team bonding sessions Insurance Medical claims And sooo much more Want to know the rest? Join us first!
Not being biased… but I genuinely haven’t found any cons yet. Maybe I just have nothing to complain about. After almost 15 years of working, this is truly the best company I’ve ever been with — what more can I ask for? I feel grateful every day. Oh, and yes, last-minute requests and deadlines do happen… but that’s in every company. It all comes down to how you manage it — same goes for work-life balance.
Applecrumby is a great place to work if you enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment in FMCG and E-Commerce. The office has a warm, homey vibe — more like a living room than a typical workspace. The culture is very collaborative; everyone is open, helpful, and willing to share ideas. Leadership is receptive and supportive. Even when they don’t fully agree, they often let us test and learn from real results. Flexible working hours and WFH Fridays make it easier to maintain work-life balance. There’s always room to experiment and grow, which keeps work exciting and meaningful. The team is full of kind, motivated people who genuinely want to achieve great results together. Excellent benefits — quarterly team outings, comprehensive medical coverage (including dental and optical), and lots of free merchandise from the brand. And yes, there’s always food around (definitely a pro… though maybe a little dangerous for the waistline!). Overall, it’s a positive, encouraging place to work — a company that values results, creativity, and kindness, while making sure employees feel genuinely cared for.
Because things move really fast, internal communication about goals and priorities can sometimes be clearer. There are times when deadlines come up quickly and teams have to move fast with limited resources. Still, management does make an effort to keep things sustainable and avoid burnout. PS: We’re always well fed by the bosses and HR — so if you’re on a diet, good luck.
Overall a great and supportive team
The higher management says they do listen to the employees but most of the time, the voices are disregarded.
Great teammates and good products.
- the upper management is micromanaging the employees - no actual HR department so you can't ecalate any issues to the HR department
