All good and great place

Nothing really annoying that comes to my mind

Not enough opportunities to switch job positions

complicated timesheet to clock, too many social activities

Pay rate for the technical team is somewhat low compared to the competitors

Over emphasis on chargeable hours and activities outside of work. Senior management can be very calculative

not real-word in project tasks

Below Average Pay, little room for growth.

Too much of politics and no SOP and HR don't see your work and just trust what the Team lead says. MANAGER and HR dont check the amount of mistakes a team lead does and how toxic a team lead is and instead of correcting and improving themselves, the team lead try so hard to find the employees mistakes to cover up their big mistakes where the German counter part complains directly to them.

No cons so far that I think

No career growth, you feel standing in same position until your retirement

Sometimes management can be a bit difficult

Salary raises are rigged, upper management and hr are all friends and there is no safe person to reach out to. Loud talking behind your backs. Office days are more important than your health.

Processes can sometimes be not fully aligned across the organization

Hard to change projects. Proiects are No that interesting.

Tech side is good but HR hold too much power and tend to advance those that buddies with them.

CR projects are tired and busy. You have to do something that is not relevant to your projects.

Rubbish pay, a lot of work, unfair distribution

No projects, People Management is complete becomes a nightmare, no cultural diversity, full and full biased, all fake information and fake people. If you join you will loose entire skills, bcoz germany will never share anything, they wont provide projects, here the management will share always the wow factors. Uncertainity of job, many get sacked due to no projects. Complete chineese controlled and running purely for TAX benefits.

No team, no upskilling, many visions and idea but no plan on how to realizing any of it. "Old Dogs" never work.

Limited Development Opportunities: Unfortunately, there aren't many chances for professional growth or advancement within the company. Compensation is below market standards, which is disappointing given the workload and expectations. The company seems to lack a clear long-term strategy, and there’s not much communication about future goals or direction. This makes it difficult to feel inspired or aligned with the company’s objectives.

No major cons worth calling out, like any growing organization, certain processes can still evolve, but feedback is taken positively and improvements happen over time.

Challenges due to different time zone of german colleagues, sometimes become difficult to maintain better allignment

Slow internal processes. Too much focus on time tracking. Also as a PO you might find yourself in a situation to justify every invested hour.

I can't think of anything negative based on my experience there.

Lack of quality management besides feedback through customers. Lack of a continous roadmap and internal coorperations.

Not always bonuses can be earned

Lack of paid parental leave, no real room for growth, sad "annual raises" that barely compete with inflation.

Lack of projects sometimes KPI is challenging

Could not think of any so far

Job availability and promotion depends on counterpart demand.

It’s all show… the more you embellish the better. It’s disastrous…
