Too much of politics and no SOP and HR don't see your work and just trust what the Team lead says. MANAGER and HR dont check the amount of mistakes a team lead does and how toxic a team lead is and instead of correcting and improving themselves, the team lead try so hard to find the employees mistakes to cover up their big mistakes where the German counter part complains directly to them.

No cons so far that I think

No career growth, you feel standing in same position until your retirement

Sometimes management can be a bit difficult

Salary raises are rigged, upper management and hr are all friends and there is no safe person to reach out to. Loud talking behind your backs. Office days are more important than your health.

Processes can sometimes be not fully aligned across the organization

Hard to change projects. Proiects are No that interesting.

Tech side is good but HR hold too much power and tend to advance those that buddies with them.

CR projects are tired and busy. You have to do something that is not relevant to your projects.

Rubbish pay, a lot of work, unfair distribution
