Poor HR Management. HR management is like govt. employees. No communication

Working Culture is not very good

Management is not good, Appraisal are not good.

Very short-term view. Will do anything to hit annual KPI's even if not in the long-term interests of the company and it's customers. Birmingham procurement team are appalling and no the value of nothing.

1. Less increment 2. No opportunity to work on latest technology.

low pay,no bonuses for lower paying positions, which means Atos does not Value all of their employees. 8 vacationdays for the first 5 years, u communicate with your employer through a web portal, got an issue? put in a ticket! Need something to do your job? buy it yourself or share it with 12 other employees. Merit increases are very small 1% - 1.75% and always late. Medical/dental/vision=27% of my income. Atos is not an American company.

no cons as such but dont expect bench time, there is no bench in atos..

1. Management is very dumb 2. Compensation are not good. 3. No hikes 4. Appraisal process is not transparent 5. 9 hours mandatory in office

amount of work compared to salary

favoritism, politics is quite common here. dont get involve too much. only 5 days PH double pay will be counted. mostly graveyard shift
