Complex internal politics and structure, makes it difficult to present “one Atos” as opposed to lots of small companies.

- You can get a very good base salary rate if you negotiate appropriately. - Visa sponsorship is available
- There is no help on how to use or setup your accounts after joining, the only thing provided will be a bunch of *.pdf that are outdated, usually you will have to spend hours on the phone with service desk. - The insurance will not start until the first of the next month after joining the company. - If you qualify for relocation reimbursement it can take up to 3 months for them to pay you and you will always lose money because whatever you get back will be taxed and that is not taken into account. - The internal web tools never work, ironic given this is a company that sells web development... - Accounts password stops working out of the sudden all the time - The service desk attention is terrible, you can be on hold for a complete hour to get transferred with someone that does not know anything about how to solve your problem. - Once you join there is 0% chance to get a raise - You are expected to make up for inexperienced off shore team members. - The overall technical skill of offshore teams is really low - No home office policy
