Higher management is not good, they don't care about what you feel about job role

No ISU related work, all basic elementary ABAP. Worst Management and leader I have ever work. Very very unprofessional management and have no etiquette to handle the senior resources Too much micromanagement and interference in work. These guys want seat warmer who just sit and do elementary ABAP and listen to their nonsense.

Zero opportunities for career progression, closed shop, years behind industry trends, pay review process a joke, the list goes on.

Their constantly change the benefits so you may have to change your health care provider. also raises are few and far in between even when promised . the client will always win even if that means cut the work force and triple the work load

Bad management and that affects the working enviornment

opportunities are given based on who you know what what you know

Salary is a challenging factor Onsite opportunity is less

Nothing is there for cons

Difficult to move up in the company. It like's to outsource it's work to the cheaper countries. My department got moved to Tenerife because it's cheaper there.

Complete lack of ownership, leaving to organisational gaps. Poor management, leading to chaos.
