Rpa developer
Atos is best company and I learned new technology in it.
Atos is lacking in management skills somehow.
Software developer
- A lot of opportunities - Big clients
- Lack of organisation - Can take a while to find a team to work with
Software engineer, intern
Gives you the responsibility to learn on your own, allows time off when needed to school, experienced developers willing to help you learn what is not in school.
The pay could be better compared to other companies although because they give you the freedom to take off when you want so you don't fall behind in school it is reasonable.
Operations manager
Work with autonomy and allowed to drive your own development
Senior managers often work from home or away from base site so difficult to have face to face meetings
Technical leader
lot of support projects, few onsite opportunities
no good development projects, no salary hikes, policy changes any day, HRs feel like gods - never respond
Referral processor
It's an average company to work for, you get recognized if nominated by other members of staff but this was a new thing, not sure how long it will last.
They honestly didn't see you as an individual person and you were just a number.
Anonymous employee
With the new CEO the company will strengthen it's deployment in research and innovation. Many initiatives are already focussing on the EVP, Employee Experience and the Great Place to Work surveys are ranking Atos as top employer in many countries already. Local managers are individuals though but the global "We are Atos" thinking is being strengthened.
Hardly anything I can think off.
Software engineer
Very good company environment. You can have work/life balance.
Commute was issue I faced after company relocation.
Director - global alliances & business development
- Strong Deal Flow - Global Operations - Experience of working with top Client Partners and ISV's -Decent budgets for all initiatives - Good Overseas travel -
Not fast enough for small deals, but very well positioned for large deals.
Technical architect
Good company, good management, good work
Salary growth is slow relatively
