Hopeless management which lays off employees at whim, no guidance or feedback from immediate managers on your performance and no perks.

There is away opportunity to career growth

None as per my experience with atos

- prolonged periods of inactivity (bench) - not clear who is responsible for project management

inconsistency in admin policies and absence of spot awards may cause drop in motivation to employees

Nerve-wrecking, anxiety inducing. life changing not in a good way

not a good pay master

Salary hikes are low single digits

Poor pay and some aggressive managers

Very low salaries. At entry point is quite on similar market level but when you are promoted you get almost nothing. Managers see the sitiuation and try to manage this but HR's and top mgmt don't approve salaries increase. This ends in huge rotation and atrition of employees.
