Possibilities to growth. Fast line to be promoted if you play the rules that company requires form employee. Various trainings and normal benefits.
Very low salaries. At entry point is quite on similar market level but when you are promoted you get almost nothing. Managers see the sitiuation and try to manage this but HR's and top mgmt don't approve salaries increase. This ends in huge rotation and atrition of employees.
