Level i helpdesk
Good coworkers depending on which team you are put on. Good to get entry level experience.
Incompetent agency handling new hires. Overbearing and unrealistic upper management. More of a regular call center than actual I.T. Bad schedules depending on where you end up.
Utility process
Good company for married women's could manage work life balance
Nothing much as it deals usual corporate struggles for an employee
Senior consultant
Negligible politics and favouritism so it is a fair company
No self development and no scope to shine
Technical architect
Flexible timing , work life balance is ok .
Management is not up to the mark. Lots of discussion was taken on personal basis not on professional basis .
Software engineer

Good work/life balance, few good projects
Not competent salaries...staying here long will make you junk..
Senior manager
Nothing positive to mention about
Atos as a company is in complete ruins. It is not getting any new projects and the Atos India is not making any profits in the recent years. There is all time high employee attrition rate in the history of Atos India ever. The main reason of this is the Atos India managers. Over a period of time Atos has retained the managers from the companies they have taken over. These companies were underperformers and managed by under performing managers. When these managers were retained, they carried over their baggage of failed management strategies and policies along with them in Atos. Atos was a great company once, but these managers brought down Atos to its sorry state, as it is now. Along with these, incorporation of horrible policies, like, forced paid leaves and forced certification drives have left the employees distraught and confused. These are forcefully implemented by the Atos India Managers. Unless these archaic polies are removed, Atos will die as a company within a few years.
- Could work from home several days a week
- Contractors were month-to-month - Management was ill-suited for some of the positions they held. - Great example of the "Peter Principle" in action - Not a lot of stability - Actual offer of employment didn't meet what was promised at beginning of contract
Great progression opportunities and flexible working
No cons to share i enjoyed my time at Atos
Senior vice president
Good work life balance, no accountability, no pressure,
Over last few years employee engagement at lowest. In HR there is 100% attrition leaving employees wonder what is going on. Extremely incompetent & indecisive top leadership
