On the ground, Egypt branch is managed by a bunch of unqualified group of women, who stand by each other to bury the ugly truth of their inability to manage. Promotions and raises are given based on the situation, not the qualification ... which means you will get it all if you raised a counteroffer, or if you are one of the women group. High workload with no planning and without a minimum level of organizing. Unrealistic deadlines The team is not aware of the systems, business or even the code. No career path or a chance for experience growth. Daily escalations is the lifestyle there. It is really a bad place. HR team is the worst ... they are unprofessional and it is too hard to reach anyone of them, and of course, their mobile numbers is not shared at all ... so you are lucky if you reached them ... I don't know what they really do
