Decent salary, staff meals are yummy and some times staff can get items that are on the regular menu or make small boat noodles for meals.
Have to do dishes some times, which was not communicated on job scope when first hired. Also, staff not given freedom to politely tell guests to not let their children food on the floor, as it really makes cleaning a challenge when we close shift.

Managers and older part time staff bully new staff, gossips about them in front of them. Not inclusive as well because all speak in Mandarin. No proper training or teaching but expect part time staff to know everything. Too reliant on part time staff as well.
