Sales associate
- great commission scheme - well-known brand, easy to make sales - get to learn a lot of things in multiple areas
- poor marketing management - no rewards and appreciation - racist top management - no increment after years - work overload
Designer
big company, can learn by yourself
messy internal policitcs within every department
Anonymous employee
get to attend events, get to go off like normal working office adult
midnight calls, unnecessary work demands
Executive
-great colleagues to work with
-toxic environment. -huge ego but inexperience, unknowledgeable in everything. -did not learn a single thing from director of department; was not present at office often. -only reward people who says "YES". -do not have a clear direction on where the brand should be. -enjoy gaslighting people.
Senior executive
Friendly team members. Focus on results instead of protocols. Inexpensive work location. RM1 daily parking & reasonably priced food around.
Unable to focus on single goal. Goal are fluid. Need to be very flexible to adapt to regular changes and last minute. Below average benefits compared to other larger firms.
Merchandiser
old fashion, inefficient colleagues, horrible HR, stingy boss
sexual harassment, low paid, work like a cow, overall horrible experience
The atmosphere is generally welcoming. The management comes across as approachable and provides a notable degree of transparency to ensure that everybody is constantly on the same page. The level of communication is highly consistent across the board as expectation is always clarified well from the top level. There is also a strong sense of inclusivity and a proactive approach in terms of employee development.
The overall culture is slightly slow-paced, both in terms of workflow and technological adoption. But there are clear signs that the company as a whole has been steadily improving on these fronts. Another minor con is that the parking expenses should be fully reimbursed too.
Internal control
Some of colleagues are kind and can be a good friend, worklife balance is also good and there is no overtime work
No benefit, the only one who gets the benefit is the Director. Watch your words carefully, because some people are fake
Retail assistant
- not really mentally or physically challenging - fun people to work with - easy process of exempting myself from working on days that i could not - if feeling sad, can retail therapy easily
- dealing with customers' different wants and needs - quite boring after a while
- Great team, colleagues are helpful and friendly - Company have many initiatives and activities to engage staff. Management Retreat, Townhall last year was informative and fun. Care for the employees more now. - KPIs, now at least more fair now with KPIs, I think. - HR team now more approachable and willing to help compared to last time - Seeing more training for staff now compared to last time. - Flexi hours! I see improvement in the company compared to last time. I feel this company has great potential to be even better.
- Some Department Heads need to improve. All talk, boastful and does not want to listen, or have difficulty making decisions. But most of them are helpful and experienced. - Need more communication between Management and us. - Benefits need to be better
