low salary, ironic 3 times split-bonus, old-school HR mgmt, very traditional classroom setting, limited creativity because the top management has traditional and conservative mentality.

- Company as a whole and the Management wants to improve. Hence, seeing alot of changes over the last few years - Though it's a family-owned business, many family members has left - New team of HR and starting to see some changes
There are still improvements needed on different areas, but I guess it takes time for a company with that many years of history.

- In house marketing team - provides good people management opportunity to middle managers. - Good working relationship with stakeholders from other departments.
- Lack of transparency from top to bottom - no employee engagement, which leads to low morale within the team. - Most often have to embrace “cannot challenge the top management’s decision” - which leads to lack of open communication and empowerment. - Disorganized working structure. - No on-the-job training or learning & development provided. - Non-flexible working hours. - Overall very dull working environment.
