low salary, ironic 3 times split-bonus, old-school HR mgmt, very traditional classroom setting, limited creativity because the top management has traditional and conservative mentality.

- Company as a whole and the Management wants to improve. Hence, seeing alot of changes over the last few years - Though it's a family-owned business, many family members has left - New team of HR and starting to see some changes
There are still improvements needed on different areas, but I guess it takes time for a company with that many years of history.
