Best company as a brand and is a international company feel proud being here. Work culture is good and friendly environment .
Some people are very cunning and they are not professional . Their approach is not good.
Area business manager
Canon is totally process oriented company and that is why no customer of Canon is Dis-Satisfied with Canon and because of that Canon products gets sold on premium and not only for Customer, Canon is people oriented company, they make sure that all their employees are happy....
Canon is not at par as per industry for employees remunerations, but then also the culture is too good for work, and because of that here there is very low employee alteration ration, which makes little slow for individual growth.
Project manager
Company is stable with variable bonus
Management style and mindset old fashion, promotion based on years there and not capabilities, business acumen almost zero, no proper sales strategies for any form of business, don't rock the boat mentality
Anonymous employee
Good benefits and work flexibility
Did not need the support when needed, was brushed under the carpet and then affected me in the long run.
Senior software engineer
Good dynamic environment. Challenging projects. Excellent employee camaraderie. Opportunity to work abroad
Due to extremely high information security, the environment can be very constricting. Poor management. Salary progression program is really bad
Senior marketing manager
I was made to feel relaxed and at ease during the entire recruitment process with Canon, from my initial call with HR all the way through to my final round interview and presentation. The process was a pleasure to be part of and the way I was treated at each stage made me feel relaxed and allowed me to give my best. The communication with HR was open and honest, which I really appreciated. I was contacted after every stage of the process to ask how I thought it had gone, which I am used to from a recruitment consultant but not necessarily from an internal HR team. I thought this was a nice touch. None of my interviews were at all intimidating, I felt like the people interviewing me wanted to get the most out of me rather than try and ask difficult questions for the sake of it (which can happen). I was motivated by the company and the scope of role from the beginning, but it was the entire process and the people involved throughout that made me decision to accept the role really easy.
Yet to join the company yet so I've only got positive things to say so far!
