Work life balance. No OT required
Limited chances of learning more and promotion. Very hierarchical. And management doesn't always play fair to all staffs. Remuneration is average.

Job security , 401k, great benefits. forklift certification. 3 breaks a day two fifteen minute and one of the clock half hour.
Low pay, small or no raises, no room to move up. low morale. the 1030-7pm shift makes it nearly impossible to find a school schedule to try and further your education.

Nice co-workers, encouraging middle management with limited empowerment
Low pay, Stone Age thinking management, hyper stressful environment, slow progression, no structure training set up for a MNC, unreasonable demands from management interns of targets, a lot of the sales managers are work bullies that only wants to take credits but pushes all the blames to the frontline.
