- Slow & unstructured onboarding, - SAP version is a desaster and recent upgrades make issues even worse. Don't work here if you have to use this in your daily work

No neew oppurtuities are given to employees. Being a global MNC, there's a role given for each and every inividual. If one wants to try something new, it is frowned upon

the management is horrible and the people are not freindly

They will work you to death with that last minute mandatory overtime

Too much butt kissing and licking, it's sickening. Not an ideal place for a youth to work. Watch out! Butt kissers everywhere might get you in trouble for NOTHING. I mean seriously, for NOTHING.

Management is sneaky and blatantly disrespectful Management will proactively go out of their way to stand in your way while you're attempting to operate Red hat in 550 sneaks away while employees are suffering to smoke pot, usually keeps his pipe on him Yellow hat in 550 will physically assault employees because where he needs to go is more important Blue hat of 550 only shows up to speak to the women of the department Sewer like work conditions All new employees are left to fend for themselves. Will receive no training then be held accountable for not knowing how to do the job, despite being told they will receive two weeks of training HR proactively talks down to employees and will cover up physically intimate relationships between Management and staff Machinery is constantly broken, matience is proactively sabatoging machinery to keep in work Most blue hats are proactively not logging hours in addition to stealing meat QA picks and chooses which policies to enforce on which individuals Staff from ENMU are constantly talked down upon, they'll be withdrawaling all purchasing and relations from Cargill soon All USDA standards are failed, but the current USDA observers are paid off to keep quiet
