No neew oppurtuities are given to employees. Being a global MNC, there's a role given for each and every inividual. If one wants to try something new, it is frowned upon

the management is horrible and the people are not freindly

They will work you to death with that last minute mandatory overtime

Difficult to prioritize at times with so many opportunities and so much to learn

1. Constant change in structure or business unit in the organization. At times, it could be hard to keep up. 2. Mediocre pay

Long hours. No work life balance.
