Workload involves managing uncertainty and constant turnover

- Business Units work in silos. When working on new requirement its difficult to know if such requirement is already implemented in another BU or country within Cargill - Contractors handle the bulk of the work

Traditional style of working. Not open for changes.

Somewhat slow, bureaucratic and opaque decision making and prioritization.

Downtime when there is no work, you dont get paid.

Upper management makes poor decisions loaning money when they shouldn't and paying investors over what was due. Benefits are at par and though you have your best sales year ever, don't expect a bonus though

Calls get over run, especially in global calls

office is situated in eco space the area is super crowded.
