a lot of internal politics

Lots of change and not much communication to the lower level employees.

Sometimes too big of a company. Often in very rural areas.

Nothing bothered much,it was happy place to work

Nothing differentiates the Benefits from competition

slow progress and can take time to implement decisions

Very monotonous work. Managers do not take suggestions

It is cold, the start time is early, and there is a lot of mandated over-time, Management does not treat people with respect

Cannot move up in the company Work holidays (except Christmas and Thanksgiving)...(maybe)
