Lack of efficiency, slow moving

Difficult it leave the organization

lots of travel, not great communication from mid-management

Hard to balance personal live with work

Long working hours, career development and training

Designation does not change easily

Not stable working hours and waiting to long to get a full time status

Some may not like shift work. Rotation of shifts. Some or most people have to drive from other towns for work.
