Senior management lies to its employees, quality of product sold is questionable while being the most expensive on market. Arrogant attitude towards clients, the sales people are sent to clients without proper training.

Since this set up is fairly new, all the structures are yet to fall in place and therefore not much clarity is there for the employee as to the Growth and the career path for them.

No good Pay, no work life balance , stressful

Extremely heavy lifting and unpredictable hours

Could do with some more cutting edge software and IT tools
