Its a meat packing facility. You come home covered in blood and fat, and smell like dead animals. I didn't experience any poor management, but I've heard some bad stories. Also no real work life balance. I worked for 6 months until I got a new job offer out of the blue.

No diversity, when the plant is shut down you work non stop.
