Short staffed qnd a lot of work

No room for growth beyond lead position. Annual raise was 10 -20 cents. Cronyism and favoritism is rampant on all levels of supervision. Leads run the entire plant from a production side as no direction is given towards shipping goals. When checks are incorrect the associate had to wait their biweekly timeframe for correction so you may not get paid what you owed for an additional 2 weeks. 5S and lean terminology were posted everywhere but not implemented anywhere.

The salary is very bad and atrocious. There is little to no career movement or choice in the company.

I was never told anything that my performance actions was bad or needed to improve. I was simply called on a day I expected to work and told I don't have a job In a rude voice and he hung up. No explanation. No reason. No warning. I felt I'm an outcast.
