Stable job with benefits and 401k, good hardworking people on the labor side.
No room for growth beyond lead position. Annual raise was 10 -20 cents. Cronyism and favoritism is rampant on all levels of supervision. Leads run the entire plant from a production side as no direction is given towards shipping goals. When checks are incorrect the associate had to wait their biweekly timeframe for correction so you may not get paid what you owed for an additional 2 weeks. 5S and lean terminology were posted everywhere but not implemented anywhere.
