Everything is standardized, resources are always available as long as you know where to look on how to do everything. Constantly improving environment and everyone can put in a word to make changes.
Takes a long time to be offered a position, I needed to start as a temporary. In all fairness this is my first position in aerospace industry.

There is no respect for personal out of hours time. Constant restructuring means there is never enough time to get everything done. You will end up working late nights if you want to get on.
