Anonymous employee
You work with people that are smart high standards of work
Everything else about the company is a con, unstable, very political, no vision, terrible HR leadership, I would recommend not to ever join this company
Microelectronics lab associate
Engineering exposure was great and would be an excellent learning experience for other students.
The pay was far too low - stayed the same for a decade - especially during the minimum wage increase of 2016-2017
Data administrator
Benefits, Insurance, 401k & ROTH, Medical Lots of team bonding Healthy work/life balance
Poor communication between departments No clear 'point of contact' for most projects
Product data management engineer
Great atmosphere and well maintained teams
May not want you back after internship.
Commodity management analyst
They let you do your thing without a lot of micromanaging or constant need for reporting. Nice people, good environment, not really toxic.
General lack of structure. Minimal feedback given. Poor pay. Not cutting edge.
I don't have any good things to say about Celestica, only criticase
really bad company. Exploiting people a lots

great place and atmosphere. lovely people
not great place to be
Financial analyst
there is some management direction, although the politics can be bad due to large number of employees
you have to get in good with the executives
Program manager
Great people, high-paced and challenging environment, flexible work from office or home policy.
Nothing ever changes despite constant evaluation and talk. Lots of managers with advice on what do to, not nearly enough people who actually work. Big talk about how employees are the most valuable aspect of company when the truth is that everyone is just a number. If you are making good $$ and live in North America it's just a matter of time until you get laid off and your job is eliminated or moved to a "low cost geography."
Supply chain coordinator
Was a great company that provided a lot of learning opportunities
Nothing comes to mind worth mentioning
