Business data analyst
Good for salary, environment, bonus
bad for working benefit and annual leave
Director
Very good culture with strong leadership and opportunity to learn and grow.
You will put in the hours and then some, but you'll be paid out fairly.
Supply chain manager
Amazing team; the people at Celestica are top notch.
Probably 90% of the managers are amazing; you're in trouble if you get that 10%, though. I had an incredible, 17 year career with at least 10 different managers - loved them all, and they loved me. It all ended in large part due to a bad manager.
Operations manager
lots to do all the time
too much work all the time
Engineer

the boss is not good. the environment is not good. the salary is low. you cannot make any progress and development in this company.

Great people, positive work environment, lots of room to stretch and grow in terms of your skills and experiences. A lot of "lifers" which says alot about the culture and day to day feel of the place.
Tight-nit management makes movement upwards slow and tedious - almost feels unioned within the corporate side. 6+ years for a promotion which never came but continuously promised. It doesn't matter how well you did in the year, it all gets bell-curved. Never felt valued until it was something they needed from me, or until it was too late.
