I endured close to 7 years of toxic culture with biasness and workplace bullying for a pay so low that I was not required to pay any income taxes and had to hold down a part time job just to make ends meet Filed an official report to my HR about the bullying. Was told punishment was meted out but did not receive a proper closure as the HR did not disclose what the punishment was. Was reprimanded for pointing out a breach of safety that was observed. Not allowed to go hospital for a full checkup even when i have been coughing to the point that i was wheezing and experiencing shortness of breath because i couldn't find a replacement to cover me "Flexible solution" is just on paper. When it comes to actual work, it's actually "their way or the highway"

Management is not the good. Lot of turnaround people.

Very conservative company, avoids risk. Most employees have been with company for 20, due to major expansion before 2002 and contracting with minimal hiring since. Very few opportunities to advance in one's career. Salary is frustrating.

People often come and go at a quick pace. Non competitive salary.
