Everyone is pretty friendly all around, (with the odd difficult personality). In regards to growth, I was hired through an agency and was able to get a full time permanent position after about 2 years, then after taking on a bit more responsibility within the role I was given a couple of increases in salary along the way. I think it's a great company for anyone who wants to gain some experience in any of the following fields: SCM, QMS, Engineering, anything related to manufacturing really.
it feels harder to move up within the company than to come apply as an outside hire, this was highlighted when I found out that the job posting for my position was a band higher than what I was at. management appears blissfully unaware of the challenges which exist within certain areas, even when eminded of them on a daily basis. a lot of the current processes in place at all levels need to be completely reviewed, uphauled, and re-done there are many systemic issues (red tape) which prevent simple updates from being implemented.
- Good experience, expect to learn a lot. - Flex hours.
Low pay, no wage increases.
Electrical engineer
- great people to work with - great resources - great benefits and compensation
- very long hours: sometimes over 10 hours a day - lots of company bureaucracies - aggressive deadlines

the staff there are friendly
start offering jobs for people around early this year. People who have worked at their current company at that time resign because wanted to try the new opportunity Celestica offered. But after 2-3 month they start to retrenched people. MORE THAN 50++ staff were fired. Me myself included. We been fired because the company doesn't make profit like before. the worst thing is that they fired people who work hard for them like animals. We can't even say goodbye to our friend and been fired for less than 30 minutes and are escorted by security to get out of our office like criminals. This is what happened at Malaysia.
Machine operator
Nightshift was chill, autonomy, okay pay, good supervisor, great staff
Boring work, long shifts, weekend work, no top down communication
The company is well organized, and people are nice to each other.
The process could be lengthy and inefficient in many ways.
Commodity analyst
Excellent environment and community. Good management.
