The professional growth can be really fast working in Celestica. You get a lot of expirience working in different projects.
The resources assigned in a project are limited.
Anonymous employee
Great opportunity to move within the company
Need to blood new people in management
Supply chain buyer/planner
Very diverse group of people.
Depending on where you live it is a bit of a commute.
Working at Celestica was an amazing experience. Even as an intern, the company gives you a lot of autonomy and lets you take ownership over your work, which I greatly enjoyed because it encourages people to take initiative and deliver great work. Everyone was also happy to help with anything you need.
Would have been helpful if there was a more comprehensive training program.

Manager
I worked in Celestica for over 5 years and still believe it was an amazing place to work. The people are friendly and supportive. The culture is relaxed, but you need to get your work done and think outside of the box, like any job. They care about sustainability and improving as a company. There is great work-life balance, especially since there are many older people with families. They also prefer to promote internally, so it is a great place for career progression. The D&I committees are also a good way to learn and get involved, such as about Truth and Reconciliation and Black rights, for example.
Not many perks, such as team lunches and health spending ($200 per year when I left).

Nice, motivated people that are a pleasure to work with.
Not a lot of room for upward mobility, less of a focus on career and personal growth.
Administrator
Global Reach and Scale Pro: Celestica operates in multiple countries, with a strong global footprint. This enables them to serve customers around the world and meet diverse market needs effectively.
High Dependency on Key Customers Con: Celestica relies heavily on a few major customers, particularly in sectors like telecommunications and aerospace. If any of these key clients reduce orders or change suppliers, it could significantly impact Celestica's revenue
Production operator
Although it can be boring at times, the majority of people there are sound and easy to work with.
Monotonous and not much room for growth
