Having a job that sounded promising from headlines and slogans..

Business analyst
Energetic, People Driven, Diverse, Agile, Lean Manufacturing
Location - moved outside of Toronto several years ago, much less opportunity to grow professionally, less courses, continuous improvement events, less team building events and initiatives.
Operator
Good pay, travelled, suitable work shifts, flexi hours
AS mentioned in headline-if you do absolutey nothing you get treated the same as someone who works very hard which is very discouraging to hard workers.

Friendly employees, free parking on site
Low pay, low job security
Anonymous employee
Great people, good culture, very positive work environment
shift allowance is poor, site facilities not great
Talent attraction specialist
Great culture, nice and supportive people, development opportunities
I do not see cons
Great team of people to work with. Salary and benefits are competitive. Leadership team provides vision and direction
Toronto factory business is reducing, therefore career opportunities not as abundant as once before.
Test engineer
The people who actually work on the manufacturing floor are some of the kindest people I've met. Diverse coworkers. Decent benefits.
Poor management. Due to insufficient planning, you will be constantly asked to work overtime, depending on how poorly your contract was manged (most likely a lot) you will always be asked to do shifts from 6am to 6pm along with being "asked" to come in under the guise that it's temporary. However, due to the consistent lack of planning, most likely you will play catch up throughout the duration of the contract.
Buyer
Good job better people. Needed a change as it was routine
Repetitive, the job was more or less the same with no opportunities to move up
