Start over I'm pretty disappointed I don't feel like this company is anything they claim to be.... maybe they are planning closure or moving facility out of CA .. Customers cancel orders or parts altogether loss of jobs etc

Location - moved outside of Toronto several years ago, much less opportunity to grow professionally, less courses, continuous improvement events, less team building events and initiatives.

AS mentioned in headline-if you do absolutey nothing you get treated the same as someone who works very hard which is very discouraging to hard workers.

Low pay, low job security

Toronto factory business is reducing, therefore career opportunities not as abundant as once before.

Poor management. Due to insufficient planning, you will be constantly asked to work overtime, depending on how poorly your contract was manged (most likely a lot) you will always be asked to do shifts from 6am to 6pm along with being "asked" to come in under the guise that it's temporary. However, due to the consistent lack of planning, most likely you will play catch up throughout the duration of the contract.

Repetitive, the job was more or less the same with no opportunities to move up
